Grow Solution is looking for a passionate and results-driven Data Analyst to join our analytics and business intelligence team. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting templates using Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI for both operational and management-level reporting.

  • Data Modeling & Analysis: Apply statistical and analytical models to evaluate business initiatives, diagnose problems, and track growth strategies.

  • Reporting Systems: Run, manage, and enhance the existing reporting infrastructure, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.

  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Extract and analyze data based on custom business requirements and one-off stakeholder requests.

  • Business Insight Generation: Support business teams by mining data to discover trends, highlight lead indicators, and provide actionable recommendations.

  • SQL Expertise: Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and insight generation. Convert business questions into structured database queries.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, and senior management to understand analytics needs and deliver high-value insights.

🛠️ Technical Skills Required

  • Strong command over SQL and relational database concepts.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI.

  • Experience or familiarity with data mapping, schema understanding, and report generation.

  • Understanding of data integration concepts including conversion, interface building, and ETL pipelines.

  • Knowledge of QNXT/Schema is a plus.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify key business trends and interpret complex data sets.

  • Good communication skills—both written and verbal.

🎓 Educational Qualifications

  • UG: Any Graduate (preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field)

  • PG: MBA/PGDM (preferably in Marketing or Business Analytics)
