Job Description

Join a dynamic team supporting a Big 4 client through Deloitte’s international voice process. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals looking to grow in global customer support and IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle international inbound and outbound voice calls, mainly for US and UK-based processes.

  • Deliver high-quality, empathetic customer service in a timely and professional manner.

  • Execute blended and semi-voice solutions (combining voice, chat, and email support).

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as necessary.

  • Adhere to defined performance metrics, including quality, accuracy, and response time.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts.

  • Basic understanding of IT systems and tools (preferred).

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts based on global time zones.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems (a plus but not mandatory).
