🎯 Role Overview

Position: Telesales Executive (Voice Process)
Shift: Day Shift Only

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.

  • Explain offerings clearly in Marathi and Hindi.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

  • Follow up with leads and ensure excellent customer service.

  • Meet daily/weekly targets as set by the team lead or manager.

🛠️ Key Skills Required

  • Languages: Fluent in Marathi & Hindi (spoken)

  • Communication: Strong verbal communication & persuasive skills

  • Basic Computer Knowledge: Ability to operate a computer and use simple software

  • Customer Handling: Patience, problem-solving attitude, and professionalism

  • Sales Ability: Confidence and a goal-driven mindset

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass)

  • Experience: Freshers and experienced (0–2 years) both welcome

  • Basic knowledge of computers is essential

  • Comfortable with target-based telesales work
