💼 Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Care Executives to join our international voice process team. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding service and eager to work in a fast-paced, global customer support environment, this opportunity is for you.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls for international customers (US & Australia).

  • Provide prompt and accurate customer support via voice, email, and blended platforms.

  • Understand customer needs and resolve queries with empathy and professionalism.

  • Collect and verify customer data, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

  • Maintain detailed logs of interactions and ensure adherence to quality standards.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments for timely resolution.

🧠 Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent English communication skills – spoken and written.

  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.

  • Ability to manage customer emotions and handle pressure with calmness.

  • Willingness to work night shifts (US/AUS time zones).

  • Prior experience in BPO/International Voice process is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate systems/tools.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification:

    • PUC (12th Pass) / Diploma (3 years) / Undergraduate / BE / B.Tech / Any Graduate stream

  • Experience:

    • Open to Freshers and Experienced professionals from BPO or other domains

  • Age Limit: Maximum 30 years
