Job Description:

We are hiring Freshers & Experienced candidates for a Customer Support role in a Domestic BPO.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Handling customer queries and providing accurate information
✔ Assisting customers in Tamil, English, Malayalam, or Hindi
✔ Ensuring quick resolutions and maintaining high customer satisfaction
✔ Adhering to company policies and service-level agreements
✔ Work from office role

Eligibility Criteria:

📌 Freshers & Experienced (0-5 years) can apply
📌 Fluency in English + Tamil / Malayalam / Hindi (Any one)
📌 Willing to work in a voice process
📌 Immediate joiners preferred
📌 6-day work week
