Role: Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

The Trimble Connect Engineering Team is looking for an enthusiastic Software Developer in Test to help build cutting-edge, cloud-based solutions for digital construction workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop test frameworks and tools to ensure software quality
✔ Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to implement automated test solutions
✔ Perform functional, regression, accessibility, and performance testing
✔ Test Web Services, REST APIs, and multi-tier web applications
✔ Identify, isolate, and report bugs and defects with detailed reproduction steps
✔ Analyze test logs and create test reports
✔ Work in a globally distributed team to define and maintain cloud-based solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

✅ 2+ years of experience in QA testing and automation frameworks
✅ Hands-on experience with Selenium, Pytest, TestNG, and Postman
✅ Strong programming skills in Python and/or C#
✅ Experience testing Web Services, REST APIs, and cloud-based applications
✅ Proficiency with AWS services (S3, EC2, IAM)
✅ Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Jenkins
✅ Ability to debug, analyze logs, and collaborate effectively

Desirable Skills:

➕ Security testing and performance testing experience
➕ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
➕ Ability to work in a collaborative, innovative team environment
