Job Description:

We are hiring graduate freshers for a non-voice banking process in a reputed MNC. This is a golden opportunity to kickstart your career!

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Handling queries from UK & US clients and providing appropriate assistance
✔ Responding to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and accurate manner
✔ Resolving customer issues efficiently, effectively, and empathetically
✔ Ensuring accurate and complete information is provided using the right tools
✔ Following up with customers for additional details when required
✔ Maintaining high customer satisfaction and adhering to service-level agreements
✔ Flexible with rotational shifts

Eligibility Criteria:
