Role: Software Engineer (ServiceNow Developer)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including scoped applications and portals.
✔ Manage ServiceNow infrastructure upgrades, migrations, configurations, and maintenance.
✔ Ensure adherence to internal change management and incident management policies.
✔ Automate repetitive and standardized processes to enhance efficiency.
✔ Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to provide technical support and handle escalations.
✔ Participate in designing and implementing ServiceNow-based process solutions.
✔ Collaborate with teams across different geographies and time zones.
✔ Drive new initiatives related to ServiceNow, such as upgrades and process simplifications.
✔ Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing programs for junior team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Strong experience in software development and ServiceNow application development.
✅ Expertise in ServiceNow Service Catalogue, ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change Management), and API integrations.
✅ ServiceNow Certification (CSA, CIS) is mandatory.
✅ Proven experience in designing and developing process-based solutions.
✅ Ability to transform business requirements into process workflows.
✅ Knowledge of class hierarchy, update set hierarchy, data layer, flows, Service Portal, UI Actions/Policies, deployments, and integrations.
✅ Hands-on experience with SOAP services in ServiceNow.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical escalations.
✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
