Job Overview:

As a Risk Associate / Customer Support Executive, you will:

  • Analyze user profiles and assess gaming behavior risks.
  • Use admin data & risk modeling tools to identify at-risk users.
  • Educate and promote responsible gaming practices.
  • Interact with users, providing guidance & customer support.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, Tamil, or Hindi (both written & spoken).
  • Strong listening & communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy.
  • Customer service skills like problem-solving, multitasking, and negotiation.
