Key Responsibilities:

✔ Handling customer queries via chat & email efficiently
✔ Providing real-time assistance and troubleshooting customer concerns
✔ Ensuring quick response time and accurate resolutions
✔ Maintaining customer satisfaction and adhering to service-level agreements
✔ Escalating complex issues to the relevant department when necessary
✔ Documenting customer interactions and updating the database

Key Skills Required:

✅ Typing speed: Minimum 30 WPM with accuracy
