🔹 Eligibility:
✔ Education: Minimum 75% in 10th, 12th & Degree (No Gaps)
✔ Graduation Year: 2024 & 2025
✔ Degrees Accepted:
- BE/B.Tech – Computer Science, IT
- BCA/MCA
- B.Sc./M.Sc. (IT)
- Electronics & Telecom Engineering
🔹 Preferred Certifications:
✅ Azure: AZ-400, AZ-500, AZ-900, AZ-104
✅ Microsoft 365: MS-500, MS-900, M365, O365
✅ Any Cloud or Windows Server Administration
📅 Work Timings:
- Initial Shift: 11 AM – 8 PM

💡 Technical Skills Required:
✔ Understanding of IT concepts such as MS Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365, memory, servers, CPU, networks, IP addresses, cloud computing, DHCP, DNS, and Windows Server
✔ Prior experience in IT infrastructure monitoring is a plus
📝 Role Responsibilities:
🔹 Service Desk, Server & Network Monitoring
🔹 Troubleshooting server & network issues
🔹 Queue monitoring & ticket acknowledgment
🔹 Basic application support knowledge
🔹 24/7 Rotational Shift Availability
🔹 IT Support – Non-voice process
🔹 Strong written & oral communication skills
