What You Will Be Doing:
🛠 Collaborate with senior developers on large-scale, custom distributed systems.
📌 Participate in every stage of the software development lifecycle, gaining exposure to all product development activities.
👨💻 Assist the team lead in implementing and testing complex modules while gaining hands-on programming experience.
🎓 Receive mentorship from senior developers and, in turn, mentor new junior developers.
🔍 Actively contribute as a member of the technical staff, involved in designing, coding, and unit testing software components for new or enhanced IT systems, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
What You Need for This Position:
✔ Strong analytical skills and a passion for software development.
✔ Bachelor of Engineering or MCA candidates are preferred, though other degrees may also be considered in exceptional cases.
✔ Freshers struggling to secure employment are highly encouraged to apply.
Salary & Benefits:
💰 Internship Stipend: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month during the 36-month training/internship period.
📈 Full-Time Salary: Upon successful conversion to a permanent employee, candidates can expect an annual salary ranging from ₹2.4 to ₹4.2 LPA.
