The role involves auditing short videos to assist Amazon Fulfillment Centers in maintaining stow quality. You will need to watch and audit several hundred videos in each shift, focusing on accuracy, speed, and adherence to set standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and audit image, video, and text-based tasks
  • Maintain high levels of attention and focus to identify details in blurry or less sharp videos
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets
  • Work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
  • Participate in virtual meetings with camera on
  • Maintain a dedicated workspace at home
  • Be available to visit the office occasionally, if required

A Day in the Life:

  • Work in a 24x7 environment with rotational 9-hour shifts (including pre-scheduled breaks)
  • Shift changes every 3-4 months or as per business needs
  • Weekly offs on a rotational basis (two consecutive days off, not necessarily on weekends)
  • Night shift allowances provided as per Amazon policy

About the Team:

The Data Auditing Operations team supports Amazon Fulfillment Centers by conducting visual audits of short-duration videos to enhance the efficiency of automated systems and ensure storage quality standards are met.

Candidate Profile:

  • Willingness to work in a non-tech role for 6 months
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to focus for long durations
  • Strong ability to identify critical information in short and unclear video content
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced targets and changing shift patterns
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts and remote teams
