🔹 Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
  • Conduct employee engagement activities
  • Handle performance management & payroll processing
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies & labor laws

🌟 GET/DET - Production/Quality Control

📍 Qualification: B.Tech/B.E./Diploma (Mechanical/Industrial Production)
📍 Experience: 0 to 1 Year

✅ Key Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of production & quality control
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Problem-solving & analytical skills

🔹 Responsibilities:

  • Assist in production planning & execution
  • Perform quality inspections & report defects
  • Ensure adherence to safety & quality standards
  • Work closely with senior engineers for process improvements

🌟 Jr. Engineer/Engineer - Production/Quality Control/Maintenance

📍 Qualification: B.Tech/B.E./Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical)
📍 Experience: 2 to 5 Years (Fabrication experience preferred)

  • Knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems
  • Expertise in quality control processes
  • Familiarity with fabrication & industrial machinery
