Job Highlights:

  • Non-technical graduates with proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Non-voice customer support via chat or email (No calling).
  • Rotational night shifts with both-way cab facility.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via chat or email (no voice process).
  • Provide effective customer support with clear communication.
  • Work in rotational shifts, mostly during the night.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • All graduates are eligible except B.Tech & B.Sc Computer Science candidates.
  • Strong English communication skills (written & spoken) with proper grammar and punctuation.
  • Must have original hardcopies of all semester mark sheets and degree certificate.
