📌 Position Details

🔹 Role: Production Engineer – Microwave Production
🔹 Industry: Medical Devices & Equipment
🔹 Department: Production, Manufacturing & Engineering
🔹 Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
🔹 Experience: 0 - 5 years
🔹 Location: Bengaluru, Malur
🔹 Salary: ₹3 - 8 LPA

📌 Key Responsibilities

✔ Qualify prototype & pre-series vacuum chambers and devices using outgassing measurements & residual gas analysis
✔ Enhance heating techniques & elements for thermal treatment of vacuum chambers
✔ Integrate improved heating elements into the assembly & installation of large vacuum systems
✔ Document hardware specifications & procedures for optimized manufacturing workflows
✔ Apply functional surface coatings (PVD coating) to vacuum chamber interiors

📌 Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields such as:

  • B.Sc in Physics
  • B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics & Communication, Energy, Electrical, Instrumentation
  • M.Sc/MS in Electronics, Embedded Technology, Physics, Electrical Engineering
  • M.Tech/Ph.D. in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical, Physics
    ✔ Knowledge of vacuum chamber processing and outgassing measurement techniques
    ✔ Experience in microwave production, functional surface coating, or vacuum system engineering is a plus
