📌 Key Responsibilities

✔ Field Installation – Install hardware and software solutions including weighing indicators, manless weighing systems, and weighing software
✔ Technical Support – Provide on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of company products
✔ Customer Handling – Offer on-phone troubleshooting, demonstrations, and field support
✔ Hardware Testing – Ensure product functionality and performance before deployment
✔ Assembly & Wiring – Perform box wiring, LCD installation, and display fitting

📌 Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Experience in hardware installation and troubleshooting
✅ Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
✅ Ability to manage field visits and technical support tasks
✅ Basic knowledge of weighing systems and electronics
